ARTICLE 1 – Subject of the contract
With these general terms and conditions of sale, VIOLA S.R.L. sells and the CUSTOMER purchases at a distance the tangible goods indicated and offered for sale on the website www.VIOLA1964.com.
The contract is concluded exclusively through the internet, by the CLIENT accessing the address www.VIOLA1964.com and placing a purchase order according to the procedure provided by the site itself.
The Customer agrees to review, before proceeding to confirm their order, these general terms and conditions of sale.
ARTICLE 2 – Pre-contractual information for the consumer – art. 49 of Legislative Decree 206/2005
The CUSTOMER, before concluding the purchase contract, reviews the characteristics of the goods that are illustrated in the individual product sheets at the time of selection by the CUSTOMER.
Before the conclusion of the purchase contract and before the validation of the order with "payment obligation", the CUSTOMER declares to be informed about:
– The total price of the goods including taxes, with a breakdown of shipping costs and any other charges;
- Payment methods;
- The term within which VIOLA S.R.L. commits to deliver the goods
- The conditions, terms, and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal and making a return;
ARTICLE 3 – Product availability
The availability of products refers to the actual availability at the moment the CUSTOMER places the order. This availability should still be considered purely indicative because, due to the simultaneous presence of multiple users on the site, the products may be sold to other CUSTOMERS before the order confirmation.
Even after the sending of the order confirmation email sent by VIOLA S.R.L., there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods. In this event, the order will be automatically corrected by removing the unavailable product and the CUSTOMER will be immediately informed via email.
If the CUSTOMER requests the cancellation of the order, terminating the contract, VIOLA S.R.L. will refund the amount paid within 24 hours from the day VIOLA S.R.L. became aware of the Customer's decision to terminate the contract.
ARTICLE 4 – Payment methods
Every payment by the CUSTOMER can only be made using the credit cards indicated on the website www.VIOLA1964.com, with the payment methods Paypal and Scalapay. Payment on delivery in cash to the courier can only be activated upon explicit request from the customer.
The communications related to the payment and the data provided by the CUSTOMER at the time of payment are carried out on dedicated secure lines. The security of payment by Credit Card is guaranteed through Nexi certification.
ARTICLE 5 – Prices
All the sale prices of the products indicated on the website www.VIOLA1964.com are expressed in Euros and include VAT for the Italian and European markets (Countries included: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom) while for the non-EU market the indicated prices do not include VAT.
The CUSTOMER accepts the right of VIOLA S.R.L. to change its prices at any time; however, the goods will be invoiced based on the prices indicated on the website at the time of order confirmation.
In case of a computer, manual, technical, or any other type of error that may result in a substantial change, not foreseen by VIOLA S.R.L., in the public sale price, making it exorbitant or clearly ridiculous, the purchase order will be considered invalid and canceled, and the amount paid by the CUSTOMER will be refunded within 24 hours from the day of cancellation.
ARTICLE 6 – Duties and taxes
The CUSTOMER assumes the responsibility of ensuring that the product is imported legally into the destination country. When placing an order on the website www.VIOLA1964.com, the recipient becomes the importer and must comply with all regulations and laws of the destination country. Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, duties, and taxes of the destination country.
