You can only ship your return from the country where you placed the order.
Returns can be requested within and no later than 14 days from the date of product delivery.
The product to be returned must be placed back in our shipping box (or another box is fine) which must be sealed with tape. The customer must carefully follow the instructions that Viola srl will send at the time of the return request.
If your return does not meet the listed conditions, the package will be returned to you and the refund will not be processed; when the return is accepted, the refund will be processed and you will receive a confirmation email.
If an item that was previously not accepted for the reasons stated above is returned, an amount of €5 will be deducted from the refund in the event that the return is accepted.
