If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their order, items can be returned for size or color. A refund can be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods.

- Viola S.r.l. will not accept exchanges or returns of used or damaged items (unless it is a manufacturing defect).

- The consumer customer is solely responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling the goods in a manner other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

- To exchange an item for another, it will be necessary to contact customer service to arrange the exchange.

To proceed with the return, you will need to follow the procedure described below:

  1. Send an email to customercare@viola1964.com specifying whether you want to change size, color, or receive a refund.
  2. Viola1964.com reserves the right to request, if deemed necessary, a photograph of the product to verify its condition in order to accept or reject the return.
  3. The item must be returned intact, in the same condition it was delivered: there must be no signs of wear, stains, or damage of any kind, and if it is shoes, they must not show any marks, including the soles.
  4. The returned item must be sent back, if possible, packaged and in the same packaging in which it was delivered.
  5. The customer is free to use their own courier and In this case, the customer assumes full responsibility for the shipment; furthermore, in this case, no expenses will be deducted from the final refund.
  6. Returns are NOT free, €5 will be deducted from the final refund for orders received from Italy, €15 for orders received from Europe, and €30 for orders received from non-European countries. Additionally, shipping costs incurred at the time of order will not be refunded.
  7. You can make a FREE size exchange if it is available.
